THE DRIVER LOYD MILLER WAS EXCEPTIONAL. HE CALLED ME FIRST THING IN THE MORNING LETTING ME KNOW APROXIMATELY WHAT TIME HE WOULD BE ARRIVING. HE ALSO SAID HE WOULD CALL WHEN HE WAS ABOUT A 1/2 HOUR AWAY, WHICH WAS VERY CONVENIENT, MAKING IT EASY TO BE ON SITE AT HIS EXACT TIME OF ARRIVAL. LOYD ALSO WENT
