Your reservation receipt lists your exact pick-up time.

Parking is permitted on our premises for the period of the rental, with a limit of two cars per unit rented. Renters park at their own risk. Neither RV Value Mart nor the property owners are responsible for theft or damage of any vehicle parked on the property.

What to Do in an Accident

In the unfortunate event of an accident, however minor, it is imperative that you take the following steps.

  1. Get a police report. Without a police report, you will be responsible for any and all damage, regardless of who was at fault.
  2. Collect the other party information: name, address, phone number, insurance information, vehicle license number, state of registration and driver license number.
  3. Write down all the details of the accident while they are fresh.
  4. Take pictures of any damage, including damage to other vehicles or property involved, and pictures of the scene of the accident.

Call RV Value Mart as soon as possible with the above information. An agent will give you instructions on how to proceed. An accident report form will be supplied and must be fully completed and submitted at the return of the rental, or within 3 days of the accident. A full written report must include all of the information requested above.

Insurance coverage may be void if these instructions are not followed. If insurance is voided, the customer is responsible for any and all damage.
